Hi,
I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but I'm wondering how I can link the show notes on my GCast page, where I upload my shows, to the Wordpress blog for the same. In theory I want the show notes to show up the same way they do here on my Pickle page. Is this accomplished with RSS, and if so, how?
Thank you for any help.

I am a little confused. (always, but this time its the question) I looked at your wordpress site and it seems to have show notes. I am not sure what Gcast is, but I would assume you could just copy the note posted there and then past them into a new post on wordpress.
But why not just use wordpress? Upload the show then link in wordpress. (consider pod-press).

Thanks Daryl. Where is this Podpress?
I went to podpress.com, but it's actually some printing page.
Thanks.

OK, I found it, but now how do I integrate it into my Wordpress blog? I'd prefer to keep my address the same.
Sorry for my ignorance!

Gcast is Garageband's podcasting service, though that's unfortunately all that I know about it beyond that...

Okay, assuming GCast gives you an address for you mp3 file...
Upload the podpress plugin to the plugin directory in wordpress then go to the admin panel and confiq. Now, write a new post and you will see the "add media" button. Click and fill it out. That should be it.
Note, I have not had luck with "stats turned on" not sure why.

OK, now the question is, is this plugin whatsit on the wordpress site, in the dashboard somewhere?
I will go look after I post this, so I might have an answer.

I went looking there, and all I found was General, Writing, Reading, Discussion, and Delete Blog. If this refers to the application for WP, then where do I get it? I can't find it on the site.

I downloaded it, but I don't know where to install it if I don't have the WP software.
Am I missing something?

I do, but it's right on the wordpress site. Does that make a difference?

you'd have to check the documentation there to see if they allow installation of plugins... i don't think they do though.

doesn't wordpress.com already have enclosure support built in (just like normal installs of WP)? try inserting a link to your mp3 in a post and see if it shows up as an enclosure in your rss......
