Hey fellow podcasters! J.C. Hutchins, author of the "7th Son" podiobook here. I need your help!
Book III in the 7th Son trilogy will debut on 07-07-07, and I'm looking to publicize it throughout the podosphere. One of the ways: The first-ever cross-country, 50-state podcasting book tour. The goal: To do at least 50 audio interviews with podcasters living in all 50 U.S. states. I want to hook up with podcasters from Alabama to Wyoming -- and every state in-between. Interviews with folks from other countries are welcome too. I can't do this without your help, podcasters. If you'd like conduct a brief interview with me for your show and participate in this "first" in podcasting, please send me an email at 7thSonNovel@gmail.com and tell me what U.S. state (or country) in which you are based. I'll create a list of states covered, and update this thread accordingly. What's in it for you? All participating podcasters will get link love on a special page at my website, and shout-outs in the first episodes of Book III when it debuts in July. That means exposure to tens of thousands of listeners! Can't record over Skype? We'll try to work something out. UPDATE! UPDATE! (April 15) Hot dog, you guys are AMAZING. 32 states (and 2 countries outside the U.S.) will be represented in the 50 State Podcast Tour! But Hutchins still needs podcasters from 18 OTHER STATES. If you're a podcaster in one of the states listed below and would like to participate, please send me an email. We're on our way to creating the first-ever countrywide podcast tour! Having just completed my interview with J. C. Hutchins, I would strongly encourage anyone with a podcast (especially in one of the unclaimed states) to take him up on his offer. He's very easy to talk to and not at all intimidating. (He only used his Kilroy 2.0 voice once in the interview.)
